- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 can 21 oz blueberry pie filling
- Extra graham cracker crumbs for topping
Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch or 9x9-inch dish. Chill.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
Spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Spoon and spread blueberry pie filling over the top.
Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
