- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chunks
- 1 cup soft caramel candies melted
- Optional: extra chocolate chips for topping
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment or grease.
In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips and chunks.
Spread half the dough into the pan, layer melted caramel over it, then top with remaining dough.
Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips.
Bake 25–30 minutes until golden. Cool fully before slicing.
