Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados mashed
  • 4 slices of whole-grain bread toasted
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Avocado Mixture

  • In a bowl, combine the mashed avocados, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste, adding more lemon juice if you prefer extra brightness.
